Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best learning experience. However, if you’re not satisfied, here’s our refund policy:


1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund if:

  • The course has not been accessed or completed
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • You provide a valid reason (e.g., technical issues, wrong course enrolled)


2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Course already completed or mostly accessed
  • Bundled or promotional packages unless otherwise stated


3. Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@finoschool.com with your purchase details
  2. Allow 5–7 business days for processing
  3. Refund will be issued to your original payment method
